TS4 Lot: Generational Home (Base Game)

With the new update and growing together out, as well as the fact that TS4 base is free, I figured I would make a generational home for new players.

This home is based on the pretty typical 90s/ 2000s suburban home. It's 2 stories and a basement. The ground floor contains a kitchen, livingroom, dining room, powder room, and small study/ office with a semi-open floor plan.

The second floor contains a master bedroom with a connected bathroom, 2 general bedrooms, and a baby room.

The basement contains a den, a office, an art room, a workout room, a bathroom, and a small unit for family or renters containing another bedroom, kitchenette and small living area.

The backyard contains a deck with a sitting area and grill and pool.

This home is great for a growing family. A little compact, but as someone who grew up in a house similar to this, I can attest to how comfy it is.
